The PGP COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, Promoted by Dr.Palani G.Periasamy is a dream that has come true. It is a grateful gift of a son of the soil to his native place .It has been a long cherished dream of Dr.Palani G.Periasamy, to start a college close to his native place to cater to the intellectual needs of the youth of Tamilnadu in general and of Namakkal district in particular. This dream has taken a concrete shape with the starting of this college in 2005. As part of his vision to offer quality education ,he has come forward to start a College of Education to generate quality teachers who are the grassroots of the nation.PGP College of Education is committed to create passion for teaching among the rural youth of Tamilnadu and will ensure an overall development of the student teachers.
